B. Availability of Merchandise.

- Product can be placed with Malaysian Culture OR,
- Each advertised merchandise must be made available for sending within 3 days of an order being received.

C. Minimum Commission Amount of 35%. (On a product – to – product basis)

Malaysian Culture expect to cover the following costs:-

D. Authority Letter / Permission

Issuance of Authority Letter by merchandisor to Malaysia Culture to use merchandisor's product(s) picture in our website and A&P materials e.g. catalogue, flyers, etc. |
E. Submission of Pictures
|
| |
- Merchandisor is to submit a picture from 3 different angle of merchandise to be sold on-line.
- Otherwise we need to make arrangements for the merchandise pictures to be taken by our photographer / studio.
- Cost of merchandise will be borne by promoter /merchandisor.

Joint-Ventures/ TIE – UPS
|
Malaysian Culture expect to cover the following costs:-

AUTHORITY LETTER / PERMISSION by merchandisor to Malaysia Culture to use in our website and A&P materials e.g. catalogue, flyers. |

LINK merchandiser to Malaysian Culture page from merchandisor website |
| C. |
SUBMISSION OF PICTURES of merchandise to be sold on-line. Otherwise Malaysian Culture need to make arrangements for the merchandise pictures to be taken by our photographer / studio. Cost of merchandise will be borne by JV Partner.
